Our online credit card sales are processed by eBanka. Payment over Moneybookers are processed inside this system.

DrillBook Team never sees or knows your credit card information.

• We will not make any of your information available to other parties.
• We will not sell your email address, or make it in any way available to others.
• You will not receive any unwanted solicitations from DrillBook Team.

Email addresses provided at the time of purchase are added to the distribution list for our Newsletter. The Newsletter informs customers of new releases, of software problems or other issues regarding our products. If you want to remove an email address from that list simply send us an email, using the email address that you want removed, to info@drillbook.net and describe your request.

Refund policy:

DrillBook is available in a trial version. This trial version allows you to evaluate the software before you decide to purchase. Once you decide to purchase, send as also Generated number and you receive an Activation Key which removes the trial version restrictions. Activation Keys are sent to the email address that was specified at purchase time.

After you have purchased the software and we have sent you an Activation Key, the sale is final and no refund is possible. If we receive notification of your request for refund before the Activation Key is sent, we will gladly refund your full purchase price.
